Membership

Upon completion of the application process and approval by the Board of Directors, each member in good standing is entitled to one vote in meetings of the Corporation and membership privileges as outlined in the Rules and Regulations.

If you are interested in becoming a member, please contact the Ranch Superintendent who will put you in touch with the Membership Chair.

Subject to specific Rules and Regulations, a member may apply for occupancy of any vacant site.  A member may alternatively be provided the right to occupy a site by purchasing surface property, located on that site, as a "package deal" (which must include a camping unit).  



Listed below are the vacant and "package deal" sites that are currently available.  Once a request for occupancy has been received or a firm offer on a "package deal" has been accepted, the site/"package deal" information details below will be removed.  Members are requested to check the Store for further official site/"package deal" posting details.
